He tried again.. this time jerking her lightly by her shoulder.. Riddhima came out of her thoughts nd looked at him blankly..

Riddhima.. woh rishab..

but he didn't get chance to continue..

mujhsey ek wada karoge armaan??

he nodded his head positively..

aapna dhyaan rakhoge.. humesha..

Armaan stared at her..

Tumhe meri khushi ke aage kuch nahi soojh ta, na?? .. to meri khushi ke liye aapna dhyaan rakhoge, na??

mujhe kehne do armaan.. plzz..

he nodded nd let her continue..

tumhe andaza bhi nahi hain armaan bhai badla (revenge) lene ke liye kis had tak ja sakte hain.. nd he's right.. unhe pata hain meri jaan kis me hain... (her voice choked but she continued)... main tumhe kho nahi sakti armaan aur na hi tumhe dard me dekh sakti hoon... (she closed her eyes)... i swear armaan, agar tumhe kuch ho gaya toh i'll finish myself then n there..

Armaan shouted not believing his ears..

pagal ho gayee ho kya?? kuch nahi hone dunga main tumhe!! tum ye soch bhi kaisey sakti ho??

to iska matlab tum aapna dhyaan rakhoge, na?? tum humesha careful rahoge na armaan??

jaan.. jaan.. (he tried to calm her down)... mujhe kuch nahi hoga.. tum kyun itna dar rahi ho??

BECAUSE ALL THAT I HAVE IS U ARMAAN... ONLY U.. (armaan sighed helplessly.. riddhima touched his cheek nd said with utmost honesty).. mar jayungi main tumhare begair...

armaan stopped her from talking more nd hugged her tightly.. securing her in his arms... He always craved for such love nd now wen he got such boundless love he was soo happy as well as so thankful to god that all his lonely childhood memories started fading quickly.. he also loved her to the core but he could not see his jaan like this.. he had to cheer her up..nd he will.. he promised himself in heart.. nd Just then armaan heard the horn of a car nd broke the hug..

jaan.. we've to go.. rahul aa gaya hain..

She just nodded but b4 leaving the temple she turned to the godess once again nd closing her eyes prayed in her heart... plzz bhagwanji.. chahe aap meri jaan le lo par merey armaan ki raksha (protect) karna.. plzz..

on the other hand armaan also prayed in his heart closing his eyes.. plz god plz.. meri riddhi ke dil se ye darr door karne mein meri madat kijiye.. i can't see her like this.. plz god...

both opened their eyes at same time nd looked at each other.. when riddhima saw only love in his eyes , armaan found only pain , guilt n fear in hers.. he sighed nd said.. chalein jaan??

she nodded nd both sat in rahul's car nd he took them to his house.




AT RAHUL' S HOUSE ...........



The trio entered the house... Thank u buddy.. thank u so much.. Armaan said to rahul.

Ra : oyee.. bahot formality sikh gaya tu shadi karne ke baad.. haan?? (he said teasingly .. poking his best friend with his elbow but then continued seriously).. arrey pagal.. dost hote kis liye hain.. main to bahot khush hoon tere liye.. finally tujhe TERI riddhi jo mill gayee... (he finished smilingly.)

Both armaan nd riddhima smiled shyly..

Ra : woww .. riddhi ka to samajh aata hain yaar.. nayee naveli dulhan hain par tu bhi blush kar raha hain.. that's chooooo chweettttttttt (he said making babyish tone nd pinching armaan's cheeks)

With this armaan frowned.. Oye.. ye kya kar raha hain tu.. thoda to dhyaan rakh.. meri biwi khadi hai samne.. kaisa impression padega mera us par.. haan?? He said pouting removing rahul's hands from his cheeks..

nd hearing him both riddhima nd rahul smiled..

Ra : aww!!

Armaan glared at rahul nd he acted like zipping up his lips with his fingers but soon burst out into laughter making armaan frown more nd riddhima smile sweetly.

Ra : (turning to riddhima) u don't worry riddhi.. aap dono yahan aram se reh sakte ho.. wait main bhai aur bhabi ko bulata hoon..

nd he shouted... bhai .. bhabz.. soon they came smilingly.. Rahul informed them about them nd they agreed happily to help them as they too love armaan nd riddhima. Bhabi came with a thali filled with the stuffs for aarti. she did aarti of both of them nd putting tilak on their heads she blessed them. AR also touched bhai n bhabi's feet.

Bhabi : aachha hua aap dono aa gayee.. maine abhi abhi dinner banayee hain.. chalo, jaldi fresh hoke aa jao.. (she said warmly like a mother)

Ri : thank u bhabi.. She said with teary eyes. bhabi hugged her nd patted her back lill to soothe her... Par bhabi.. mujhe aaj bhookh nahi hain... aur kuch thik bhi nahi lag raha.. aaj kuch kha nahi paayungi... plssh.. (riddhi said breaking the hug)

Bhabi : arrey.. aisey kaisey...

Armaan knew the truth.. wat had happened to her juz a lill ago, he knew riddhi won't able to eat but she has too.. she had fast from morning for the wedding.. now if she didn't eat she will fall ill.. but he had to talk to her alone.. so, for now he agreed with her.

Ar : haan bhabi.. mujhe bhi bhukh nahi hain.. i'm just feeling very sleepy..

Bhabi : par.. (then thinking a lill) ..accha thik hain... main aap dono ka khana alag se rakh dungi fridge mein.. by chance agar bhook lage to microwave mein garam karke kha lena.. thik hain?? (armaan smiled nd nodded his head.. then bhabi turned to riddhi nd said smilingly).. aur haan mujhse pooch ne ki koi zaroorat nahi hain.. aaj se yeh tumhara bhi to ghar hain.. (she cupped riddhi's face)..

Ra : correct.. aaj se tum dono yahi rahoge.. humare sath.. kyun bhai?? (his elder brother agreed too )

Ri : arrey nahi.. hum yahan kaisey...

Ra : arrey iss me problem kya hain?? tum to meri choti behen jaisi ho.. tum yahan rahogi toh bhabi lonely feel nahi karengi jab bhai aur main office chale jayunga aur main bhi unki roz roz ki deevrani ki demand se free ho jayunga.. (rahul said poking his tounge to his bhabi nd received a smack from her)

Riddhima smiled seeing their cute bonding nd started missing her di nd mumma more but controlled anyway.

Ar : nahi yaar.. hum yahan nahi rook sakte...

Rahul turned to armaan nd riddhi too looked at him. she knew this was coming.. she knew her armi very well.. woh kabhi bhi aapni dosti ka faida nahi uthayega.

Ra : buddy.. ye tu??

Ar : dekh rahul... i know tu humari madat karna chahta hain par hum humesha yahan nahi reh sakte, na!! kal subah hote hi i'll go in search of some rented houses.. nd we'll shift as soon as we get a suitable one..

Ra : par..

Ar : plzz yaar..

Rahul agreed reluctantly... okk.. filhaal abhi chalo i'll show u ur room.

Bhabi : par ussey pehle riddhi aap merey sath aao.. let me give u some comfortable clothes..

Riddhi left with bhabi while rahul stopped armaan for some important talk..




AFTER SOME TIME...


Armaan entered their room after talking to rahul nd found riddhima sitting on the bed, resting her head on the bed post with closed eyes... He 1st went to washroom to get fresh nd when he came out he still found riddhima with closed eyes.. He went near her nd saw her trembling... He went to the window nd closed it as it was raining outside weather became quite cold nd then coming to her jaan he covered her with the duvet but he still found her trembling. He sensed some thing strange and touching her forehead said worriedly..

jaan... u r burning..

He panicked to know that riddhima got fever.. he withdrew his hand nd turned to leave to bring some food nd medicine for her when he felt her holding his hand.. He looked back nd saw her looking at him intently... He blinked his eyes in confusion.. he tried to understand wat her eyes were trying to tell him.. there was some thing new that he never saw before.. kuch to alag hain riddhi ki aankho mein.. par kya??
