Episode 38 - Ehsaas Dillon Ke

Recap: Shashank meets with an accident and is critical. Armaan takes charge and Asma- Niks and Tanvi Arif fight.

The story has moved two weeks ahead. On the Arif and Tanvi front, Arif is almost tired of telling Tanvi that he loved no one but her, and finally he tells her, he will do something for her in the coming days that will prove her that she is indeed special for him. She wants to believe him but she doesn't. Her anger dies down a little but she still is not sure.

Asma and Nikhil, decide after their little fight that they were being silly as they couldn't stay away from each other all day. They both kiss and make up. Asma promises never to bring the Tammy topic again and Nikhil promises to take her on their first official date…..

Scene 1 : Asma and Niks first official date

There is a visible excitement and nervousness in Asma steps as she walks out to meet niks for their first officail date...niks stops dead in his tracks as a lovely vision of asma takes over...dressed in persian blue chiffon suit..hair left loose..she is a delight to the eyes...he cant believe that the girl walking demurely upto him is his....the knowledge fills him with pride...

asma on the other hand is on the verge of some catastrophe..she has never felt this way before...all this is very new to her..she as no idea how or what is gonna happen tonight...all she knows is that niks is here and being with him is the most contented feeling ever...

asma is thinking this and making way to niks...suddenly she trips on the stone and her heel breaks...she almost looses her balance but niks is there in time to catch her from having a fall..She holds onto him and curses her heels..(Muttering) shit...aur pehno heels...kya sochega nik...the heels were bloody lethal..how did people wear them..???

N: asma ..tum theek to ho?

A: ha...haan nik, main theek hoon...woh actually kabhi heels nahi pehni na..isliye...i'.m sorry

N: (smiling softly just looks at her)... chale ? ek min.. instantly he goes down in his knees and breaks the other heel so she could have her walk back..."ab theek hai" ?

She nods at him with all the love shinning in her eyes....

They reach their destination...it's a beautiful roof top restaurant with stars and moon twinkling down at them...

They make their way to their table...the setting is elegant… The ambience is magical..but…. something was wrong..every thing seemed so blurred to her..she blinks,trying to bring all partial images together into one clear picture...but she just cant focus…. She smiles uncomfortably at Nikhil, and then pretending something went into her eye, she touches her eye ball and exclaims to herself….

As: my god ! i have lost my contact lens....

She remembers the fall outside her house.. oh !! no...why had this have to happen...of all days today !!!

N: asma kya hua...yeh apne aap se baatein kyu kar rahi ho...mein itni bhi buri baatein nahi karta...smile asma...

A: (nervously) aisi koi baat nahi hai Nik .. bus thodi tense hoon...pehli baar tumhare saath ...i mean never been on a date...issleye...

She excuses herself and goes to the washroom...as entering,she takes out her other contact and slips on her eye glasses...well, she could not help it...the specs were a part of her attire now...inspecting herself in the mirror, she sees that the damage was not too bad...a few whisks of the comb would have restored her hair, but she wanted to leave the curls untouched today as that's the way Nikhil liked them….she runs cool water over her palms blotting them dry...

On getting back she apologizes and gives Nikhil a sheepish smile through her glasses...

Nikhil cant seem to stop looking her...her child like quality...the fact that she had no calms about wearing specs on her date…where other girls would have made a huge deal..Asma brings about freshness and simplicity just by being her...

Ni:" tum bohot khoobsurat lag rahi ho" he takes her hand and plants a kiss on her palm..Sending a tingling sensation up her spine...

Asma is feels dizzy with all that's happening...all this for her….. niks with her.. could this be a dream ..if yes then let it last forever....

she looks at niks and blushes..niks hasnt taken his eyes off her even for a second...at that time the waiter comes and breaks the spell placing their drinks..

the evening progresses to be magical night for both of them...they talk on various subjects...from medical cases..to hobbies..to first crushes...to first ever goof ups..its a night to remember...while talking asma leans forward to pick her glass ..and at that point u see niks winking at her outta the blue...totally flabagastered she spills the drink at niks staining his white shirt...OH GOD !!! not again....she immediatedely get up..picks a napkin and leans forward to clean the blotched spot...

A:i;m so sorry niks...mujhe pata nahi aaj kya ho raha hai...(going on with the cleaning process..absolutely not aware how close is her face to niks and that niks is completely lost in that moment...for him its like ..spill as mush drink u want as long as u are this close to me..)

suddenly she stops talking as she realises how close she has come to him and he has not sayed a word ...she awkwardly sits back..fiddling with her bangles..she shyly whispers...

"niks pls ghar chale...maine pura date kharab kar diya hai...(feeling miserable)...plz take me home ...

N: ok.. par ek shart pe... u messed my shirt... now make it up to me...

she looks suspiciously at him..."acha ..kya karna hoga" dr, nikhil sinha...

N: dance with me...!!!!

with the disastrous evening she gave to niks.. this is probably te least she could do...

not realising that this dance would be etched in her memory for a long time to come .....

as niks pulled asma in his embrace..close enough for no air to pass by ...he slips her glasses off and puts in his pocket...he caresses her face..plays with the lock of her hair...she is so lost in he moment...she doesnt care about anythg but that she and niks are here together...the music plays on and the couple dance on...by doing so he maneuvered them to a far end of the terrace.. the lighting was dim, they were close for her to feel feverish..her heart pounding energetically..all her senses were attuned to him...he stops..holds her face in his palms and bends down to kiss her...its a kiss of promise..a kiss of future..a kiss of togetherness...he looks straight in er eyes...

"ur perfect... this date is perfect...."kabhi bhi kisi ke liye apne aap ko mat badalna..."

she is touched by the words...looks up at him shyly...

A: i luv u...and doing so kisses his forehead...

on this note he grips her hand and date comes to an end .. but life is just beggining for them...

Its been two weeks since the accident took place and there has been not much change in Shashank's condition. Armaan hadn't left Shashank even for a second. He doesn't have time for anything. He is always with Dr. Shashank, looking after him, checking his medication, ordering medicines on the phone, emailing his colleagues and talking … always talking to Dr. Shashank! he has no time for even Riddhima!


Scene 2: ICU, Armaan and Shashank.


(to Dr. Shashank): aapko kuch nahin hoga. Maine apne colleagues se baat karli hai. We are giving you the latest treatment. Aapke latest CT mein improvement hai.
One blink.
Ar: Sir, aap give up nahin kar sakte. Jab se main yahan Sanjeevani mein aaya hun, mere inspiration aap hi hain, aap yeh jaante hain. Mere hi nahin, yahan ke sabhi doctors ke. Hum sab sirf aap jaise doctor banna chahte hain. Agar aapne itni jaldi give up kar diya, to hum par kya asar hoga. You are a fighter, sir – aapko ladna hoga. Is ladai mein main aapke saath hun, main aapko kabhi haarne nahin dunga.
Two blinks.
Ar (getting emotional): jo aapne mujhe diya hai, aap uska andaaza nahin laga sakte. Aapne mujhe ek bête ka darza diya hai. Ek baap ki itni kami mehsoos hoti thi, jab se aapne mujhe apnaya hai, meri voh kami poori ho gayi hai. Itni aasani se aapko jaane nahin dunga. Aapko is machine se nikal kar rahunga. Aur isme aapko meri madad karni hai.
One blink. A tear steals out of the corner of Dr. Shashank's eye.

Ar: Trust me, sir. You have to trust me. You have to fight with me. Aap mera vishwas kijiye – aap theek ho jayenge. Please don't give up. You can't give up. Aap hum sab ke role model hain. Ek ladke ka role model aksar uska baap hota hai – lekin aap – aap hum sab doctors ke role model – hamare ideal – hain. Aap hi ne mujhe sikhaya hai na, ki patient ke liye poore dl se mehnat karo, aur patient ko yeh ehsaas dilao ki voh theek ho sakta hai. So now. Trust me. Aap theek ho kar is ICU se chal kar bahar jaoge.

Scene 3: Sanjeevani

The entire hospital has collected in front of the giant statue of Ganesh, as its Vinayak Chathurthi and are praying. The pooja is lead by nani and Padma and the other doctors, interns, nurses and staff are behind them… they all wish and pray for the quick recovery of Shashank…. Armaan isn't around…. Amidst all this, Armaan suddenly comes there shouting out Riddhima's name… There is complete silence. Everyone stares at him…. Armaan hadn't come out of the ICU in days… though others had almost given up Armaan hadn't… so now when they saw Armaan, tired, worn out and with a full grown beard and long unruly hair, everyone is curious as to what brought him there….

Riddhima stares back at him feeling horrid that she cant be there to help him….

R: Kya hua Armaan….

Armaan's face grows grim as he looks at all of them….. then glancing through all the anxious faces he speaks to the Gupta family….

A: Chaliye mere saath….

R: Lekin Armaan hua kya.. ( getting a little tensed)

Padma's heart skips a beat as he holds onto Nani's hand tight who is also in a pretty much dismal state. Anjali consoles the two of them. Atul supports Nani to walk and they all proceed towards the ICU. As they reach the door Armaan grimly looks at all of them .

Ar: Padma aunty … aaj main ventilator band kar raha hun.
Padma gasps. Anjaly and Riddhima look at Armaan in shock, and their eyes fill with tears.
Ri: Kya? Armaan? Kya koi hope nahin hai?
Ar: Come in. apne aap dekho.
They all come in. A nurse is removing the tube from Dr. Shashank's mouth.
Pad: (sobs) trying real hard to face the reconciled to eventuality. She looks at Armaan who gestures her to move forward towards Shashank's bed. With little courage she lifts her head up…..
Sh (with great difficulty, whispering): Pad … ma ….
They all look at him in complete and utter shock. Armaan takes a cotton ball, wetted with ice and moistens Shashank's mouth.
Ar: Sir … dhyan se … jyaada mat boliye …
Shashank's hand moves slowly and holds Armaan's hand.

Anj: dad!!! Aap bol sakte hain!!! Aap haath hila sakta hain! Oh … dad!!!!!
Ri: Papa!!!!

Both the sisters instantly hug out of joy and Riddhima proceeds towards Armaan to hug him to thank him. She almost opens her arms but on seeing an unresponsive Armaan awkwardly steps back just uttering…. "thanks" and he vaguely smiles in return with pained eyes that want to say and do more. The focus is shifted to Padma who is now next to Shashank, holding his hands crying herself….
Pad: Aap … theek … hain … oh, god!!! Thank god!!!!
Sh (with difficulty): … thank … Armaan …

Padma looks at Armaan gratefully and he smiles back placing his hand on her shoulder as though to tell her the worst is over and this will pass too.

Scene 4: Special Ward

Hit film actress Tulika Hirawat, with movies like Khoon, Shaadi ke Baad, Bachke rehne re mamma, manenge nahi mughal-e-azam has been admitted to the hospital. She is supposed to be a kissing specialist in her movies with 159 kisses to her credit. She had now taken a stand that she was sick of kissing and her 160th kiss would be a monumental one, that she would give only a guy she thought was a real life hero. Right now she was in the hospital as she had an appendicitis operation. Arif is made in charge of her. But Arif being Arif gets all nervous. This is his first big as well as high profile case. Normally this would have been the best chance for him to maro chance and flirt with the actress… when he sees her he is left gaping as he realizes she has a real hot body as well a pretty face….

Ar: ..bbb.. aaappp….. TTTTuulllikkkaa Hiirraawaaattt hai na….

Tul: Haan… ek dam 100% asli…. Chaho to haath lagake dekh saakte ho….

Arif comes a lil closer towards her, then with his pointing finger just pokes her on her hand and moves back…

Tul: ouch… that hurt… dr…..mmmm…

Ar: Arif Pasha…. ( nervous)

Tul: How cute….

Ar: hehehe… ( feeling very uncomfortable and fake smiling)

Tanvi walks in at the same time….. looking at him disgusted….and also a little jealous…she checks the file and then without looking at Tulika she just tells Arif….

Tan: Dr. Arif, mujhe inka night duty saupa gaya hai, toh agar aap mujhe raat tak reports dedenge to….

Ar: Dedunga… Tan…

She has walked out leaving an Arif helpless….

Tu: Kya hua handsome doctor, ( pulling him by his hand)

Ar: ddddeeekhhiyyee aaappp mera haath chodiye….mmmaain…

Tu: oh relax! Aur jaao usko manao…

Ar: Ji?

Tu: ofcourse… roothi hai to manao…. Bahut dekhe hai maine aisi kahaniya….

Ar: lekin aap…

Tu: jaanti hoon… iss glam doll ke chehre ke peeche bhi ek maamuli se ladki rehti hai, jo dil ki baat jaanti bhi hai, aur use pehchaan ti bhi hai…. Pyar karte ho na use?

Ar: haan… lekin wo iss baat ka yakeen hi nahi karti….. ( he sits down on the seat next to the bed feel disappointed)

Tu: iss baar poore dil se koshish karna…. Maan jayegi….

Ar: Sach….?

Tu: Tulika Hirawat can never be wrong!!!

Ar: Thanks Tulika ji! Thanks… holding both her hands shaking them to tell her how grateful he is….

Scene 5: Armaan- Riddhima

Riddhima, is in the doctor's coat, on duty, comes into the ICU and goes to Dr. Shashank. Then she asks the nurse for his file and starts going through it at the nurse's station. Armaan comes there wearing OT clothes. It's been days now since they had spoken to each properly and she was missing him terribly. He was so busy and engrossed in work that at times she wondered whether it was her father or his that had taken ill. Despite all this he tried his best not to allow that to affect his other work.
Ar (without noticing Riddhima): Sister, yeh post-op patient hai, iske naye orders likh lo. Aur …
He sees Riddhima and stops. She looks at him painfully.
Ri: Jaldi mein ho? Kapde bhi nahin change kiye.
Ar (looks away): Vapas jaa raha hun. Do aur surgeries wait kar rahi hain.
Ri: subah se OT mein ho. Khaana khaya?

He starts walking with Riddhima following him trying hard to keep pace and normalize the conversation only to get curt replies in return. He looks at her, as though to say " kyun Riddhima, Kyun,baar baar mere saamne aati ho…. Lekin mujhe ye karna hi hoga….especially ab, tumhaare papa ke khatir…"
Ar: abhi nahin. Baad mein kha lunga. ( not looking at her)
Ri: main kuch laun? ( anxiously)OT mein le aati hun. Tum paanch minute …
Ar: It's ok. Main baad mein canteen mein kha lunga.


He hesitates as though he wants to say something more. Then he sees that Dr. Shashank is sitting up in bed and can see them. He presses his lips together and leaves.
Ri (staring after him, tears in her eyes): Ab mere saath paanch minute baith ke khana bhi nahin kha sakte, Armaan?

Crying she runs towards the ICU, only to bump into a Muskaan who is coming from the opposite direction.

Mu: Kya hua Ridzy, tu roh kyun rahi hai?

Riddhima quickly wipes away her tears and looks at Muskaan not knowing where to start from….

R: who kuch nahi Muskaan.. bas aise hi….

Mu: main jaanti hoon, ye tum logon ke liye bahut hi mushkil daur chal raha hai… lekin tu chinta mat kar…. Tera hero hai na… wo sab theek kar dega…. Waise wo kya kehta hai…???

R: (turning her head away): Armaan se baat kahan hoti hai, ki voh kuch kahe. Jab voh papa ke saath nahin hota to kabhi phone par, kabhi laptop par, kabhi nurses ke saath. Mere liye uske paas time kahan hai. Jab se accident hua hai, ICU se nikla hi nahin, aur agar nikalta hai, to do minute baad vapas chala jaata hai (remembering the time in the fire escape, when he had almost run away from her).

Muskaan doesn't really know what to say except that she can see how frustrated Riddhima was with the whole scene. Muskaan doesn't know about their split so she thinks Riddhima is just missing Armaan…..

M: tere papa ka theek hona bhi toh zaroori hai na Ridzy, aur fir wo jo kar raha hai apno ke liye hi toh kar raha hai…..

R: kaash ye baat papa bhi samajh pate….

M: kya?

R: kuch nahi kuch nahi…. Meri Cancer Ward main duty hai thodi der main, main nikalti hoon….

Muskaan hugs Riddhima and tells her that it will all the fine and she leaves from there leaving a Riddhima standing outside the ICU staring at her father who is fast asleep. She also sees an Armaan sitting next to him, checking the latest reports. He lifts his head up, as he notices her outside, but immediately turns away not wanting to look at her. He pretends to drop the file and on picking it up, sits facing Riddhima's back so that he cant see him. He sheds a tear, as he goes back to work. Riddhima is also pretty much in the same state. Unknown to the two of them another person is watching them. It is Shashank. He has just opened his eyes and looking at the two very seriously.

A little while later…..

Scene 6: ICU

Anjali, Rahul and Riddhma approach the ICU, they are arguing. As they go in, they lower their voices – Armaan is with Dr. Shashank and Padma is sitting there too. They go up to him.

Ar: what's up, guys?

Ra: ek do problems hain, samajh nahin aa raha …

Anj: Problem nahin hai. Tum log unnecessarily problem create kar rahe ho.

Ri: Di, aap aise kaise …?

Ar: Baat kya hai? Achcha, dheere bolo … Sir rest kar rahe hain.

He moves with them a few steps away from Shashank's bed.

Ra: Vicky, voh Path lab vala … usse do hafte ki chhuti chahiye. Uski shaadi hai. Dr. Shashank ke accident se pehle se apply kar rakha hai.

Ar: To problem kya hai?

Anj: Armaan, abhi kaise jaa sakta hai? Path lab kaun sambhalega?

Ar: Anjy, path lab band thode hi hone vala hai. Humne uske assistant ke post ke liye already kisi ko select kar liya hai.

Anj: Haan, par voh Vicky ke leave ke time hi join kar raha hai.

Ar: No … he's joining two weeks early, maine khud baat ki thi, Dr. Shashank ke accident ke baad.

Anj: Really? I didn't know that?

Ar: Uski file mein nayi joining date hai, you check. Bask … Riddhima, tum follow up kar lo, and make sure ki Vicky jaane se pehle use theek se train kar le. Anjy aur Rahul already busy hain.

Riddhma looks up when he almost says 'basket'. She nods quietly. Armaan looks at her for a second and looks away.

Ar: Aur kya problem hai?

Anj: Umur Bhai ne loan ke liye apply liya hai … apni beti ke shaadi ke liye. Lekin … unki aisi haalat mein … voh loan vapas kaise karenge? Main kaise sanction karun?

Ri: Di, Umar Bhai ne kitne saal yahan kaam kiya hai. We have to help him.

Ra: Haan, Anjy, we have to.

Anj: Yes, but we can't bend the rules. And according to the rules, he doesn't qualify for a loan. Mujhe refuse karna hi hoga.

Rahul and Riddhma start arguing with her … Armaan thinks quietly while the others argue.

Ar: Ek raasta shayad ho … maine Dr. Shashank se yeh discuss bhi kiya tha … ek fund ban raha hai … Sanjeevani employees welfare fund … usme se maybe we can sanction the funds … I'll check that out, ki kya rules hain uske liye - Dr. Shashank se bhi baat karunga, phir tumhe bataunga. Maybe we can find a way there.

Anjali looks at him in surprise.

Anj: Dad se? lekin kaise …? Dad to …

Ar: paralysed hain … ya, I know … lekin mentally he's as alert as ever. Unhe pata hoga if this is possible.

Anj: Armaan, tum dad par yeh strain mat dalo. Voh itna nahin communicate kar sakte. Vaise bhi, we have to get used to …

Ri: Di!!! (she looks very upset.)

Ar (moving away): Anjy, I'll let you know about this. I have to go.

He goes to talk to the nurse. Rahul leaves. Anjy and Riddhima go to Dr. Shashank, Anjy presses his hand, then leaves, Riddhima sits with her mother for two minutes, then she also gets up to go. As she comes to the ICU door, Armaan comes there too – they look at each other. Then she quietly goes out.

Scene 7:

Nikhil is at the nurse station checking a patient file. A courier guy comes to hands over an envelope and leaves… Nikhil reads the name on the envelope as its on the table. It is for Asma… He instantly picks it up to give it to her…..

Nur: Ye Dr. Asma ke liye hai…. Aap…

Ni: main de doonga…

Nur: Lekin sir….

He raises his hand as though to say its okay…

Asma comes there just then…. He hands it over to her saying it is for her… On seeing it… she smiles at him.

As: Oh! Aa gaya? Thank god! Nikhil main tumhe baad main milti hoon…

Ni: lekin isme kya hai Asma…

As: Baad main… abhi mere paas time nahi hai… bye…..

Ni: Aakhir uss envelope main aisa kya hai jo Asma itni excited dikh rahi thi….

precap: aakhir kya tha us khat main jo Asma itni khush hui? Kya Armaan aur Riddhima ke beech ka faasla mit payega? Kya shashank inke dil ka haal samaj payega?

Poll - what we want from DMG!

i was just reading one of the post made by Ritika that she pasted from India Forums that read...

after today episode i think tjt there r 3 possibilities-
1.a new guy will introduced shashank will like him nd want ridz to marry him.but ridz will tell him about her nd armi then he will help her nd armi for patao shash nd he'll unite AR.

2.shashank will emotionally blackmail ridz so she'll marry him.armi will became very upset n sad.new girl will came in his life n she began to luv him very much.armi bhi uski taraf attarct hone lagega.then again a twist guy whom ridz marry will die in accident or wo baht kharab admii niklega n ridz divorce him n again return back to sanjeevani armi nd ridz phir se paas aane lagenge but now armi is commited but in d end tht girl will unite AR.(ths is typically ekta style but may be creatives use this idea to drag DMG)

3.may be tarrot card reader(keerti) is indirectly pointing towards armaan who is now do anything shashank ko manane ke liye nd in d end he'll succedd nd AR get married.

after yesterday's episode...

i was really restless at the even thought that any other turmoil would engulf the AR story, so i thought, lets all think of all the possible angles that could be shown after yesterday....!

here is a poll from my side- and i request all of u to take part in it, and also give ur comments if u want to ad any other suggestion! after we are done- we'll all send a mail to the creatives telling them about what we want from DMG!

A. we want the AR track to go smooth with him winning oer Sasurji with little troubles in the story here and there.

B. let the new guy come- it will only test the strength of the AR relationship when he come out of it triumphant.

C.lets bring in a new girl for Armaan and cause a threat to Riddhima- why should Armaan be the one suffering all the time?

D. The AR track has been too smooth for too long- we want some unrest in their story-its too good to be true that they have no split yet...

E.We want AR to tell all their friends about their relationship- kab tak chupayenge? may be the friends would help them win over the obstacles....

F. AR get happily married and shaadi ke baad tension- but that will be a very K-soap like angle.

G. have more comedy and fun moments with the entire gang- with a few sweet AR moments.

these are a few things i thought about. I request all the members of the blog, the old, new, silent ones to participate for this one time as it is for the DMG we all love and wanna see forever!!! participation is a must!

three of them drag shikha out of the house towards the lawn area.....each of dem then holds hands forming a round cirle....

Episode 37: Ehsaas Dillon Ke

NOTE: this week is essentially hospital drama and is a little technical at places. The necessary medical help was provided by Dia Di to whom i am very thankful.

Recap: Shashank’s car comes in front of another and dashes it.

Scene 1.
An ambulance is driven into Sanjeevani, with a panic stricken Arman standing at the entrance with all the necessary arrangements to take shashank in as fast as possible. He had received a call from an unknown person a few minutes ago saying, there had been an accident and the call was made to the first person’s on the phone book- Armaan Mallik.
Shashank is rushed to the ICU, while still in unconscious state. The door to the ICU is still closed as a team of senior most doctors of Sanjeevani along with Armaan closely examine Shashanki. Every one has worry written all over their face. A nurse in charge starts crying….
Nu: Main ye nahi kar sakti…. Sir ko iss haal me main nahi dekh sakti, unhone mere liye, mere pati ke liye bahut kuch kiya hai….
Armaan looks at her like he has no time to console her, he looks at another nurse saying “ Sister Lovely aap inhe baahar le jaiye….
Another senior doctor says “ this is shocking, sir kaa aise hona…..
A: Doctors! Doctors! Please… humare paas in sab aabton ke liye waqt nahi hai… har pal humare liye keemti hai…. ( still trying to do his bit)…
He comes out of the OT, knowing fully well the condition is really bad… but hopes that when Shashank regains consciousness he will be okay….he remembers that Riddhima hasn’t been informed as yet, he picks up his phone to dial her number, but just then he sees the Gupta family rushing towards him all worried and almost in tears.
Riddhima comes running to Armaan hugging him and crying, as an instant reaction he tries to console her, by patting her back and caressing her… Then he realizes the seriousness of the situation and he gently pushes her back.
Nani: Ye sab kaise hua?
A: pata nahi, mujhe kisi ne call kiya tha….. then he turns towards Anjy, who look a little more balanced than the rest and says “ Anjy, take care, main fir se andar jaa raha hoon…”
An: Lekin hua kya hai Armaan…. I can help u know….
A: I know you can help Anjy, right now your family needs u, tum unke saath raho….
Pad: Lekin Armaan, unhe kya hua hai….
A: Padma Aunty, jab tak hosh na aa jaye kuch kaha nahi ja sakta….
He then looks at Riddhima, wanting to be there for her, but feeling helpless, he turns his head away and walks towards the ICU, where Shashank has been moved.
Scene 2: Parking Lot
Asma and Nikhil are walking in…..
Ni: … arey nahi baba, maine kaha than a, SRK, Kajol se movie ke pehle se pyar karta tha….
As: Nahi Nikhil…. Wo sirf uski dost thi, use pyar ka ehsaas Simla main aane ke baad hi hua tha…
Ni: arey.. tumhe kaise pata….? Usne tumhe aaka bola tha kya?
As: Usne to tumhe bhi bataya na, ke wo pehle se Anjali( Kajol)se pyar karta tha…. ( ref to movie Kuch Kuch Hota hai)
Ni: lekin tum samjah nahi rahi….
As: waise tum saare ladke ek jaise ho, kyun nahi maan lete ke kisi insaan ko ek baar se jyada saccha pyar ho sakta hai…. I mean isse tum kam toh nahi ho jaaoge na….
Ni:ab ye saare ladke kahan se aa gaye…
As: saare kyun, apni baat hi lelo, haar baar mujhe yakeen dilane ki koshish kart ho, ke main hi tumhara saccha pyar hoon….
Ni: Asma baat ko tum kahan se kahan le jaa rahi ho…
As: kahin nahin Nikhil, main toh sirf ye samjhaneki koshish kar rahi hoon, ke isse pehle tum agar Tamanna se utna hi pyar karte the jitney tum mujhse ab karte ho, I don’t mind….
Ni: Ye, Tamanna baar baar beech main kyun aa jaati hai Asma… aur waise bhi jitna pyar tumse karta hoon utna maine aaj tak kisi se nahi kiya…
As: Tamanna se bhi yehi kaha hoge, jab uske saath the….
Ni: I cant believe ur making this an issue….
As: main koi issue nahi bana rahi, I am just asking you to have a reality check….
Ni: really? Maine ab kya kiya hai?
As: okay, this is turning ugly, aur main disturb ho rahi hoon mentall, hum baad main baat karte hai…
Ni: Nahi! Abhi baat karo…. I want this sorted now!
Asma walks away from there leaving Nikhil helpless and restless nevertheless angry.
Ni: … meri baton se itna disturb ho rahi ho, to main tumse baat hi nahi karta…
As: wow! Thanks for the favor! I will be obliged….
Both of them walk away from there…
Scene 3: ICU
Shashank is on ventilator in ICU. Armaan, Rid, Padma, Anjaly, Atul, Rahul – all are there. Armaan is in charge, giving instructions to the nurses. Riddima, Anjaly and Padma and Nani are holding Shashank's hands and are crying.
Ar: Padma aunty. Please aap ro mat.
Pa: Armaan? Kya hua inhe? Kaise hai? Theek to ho jayenge na?
Ar: Padma aunty … Anjy … Riddhima … it's not good.
He looks at Rahul, then takes a deep breath and continues.
Ar: Accident mein Dr. Shashank ke cervical spine kaafi buri tarah crush ho gayi hai. Jab hosh aayega to pata lagega ki kitna damage hai. Lekin … be prepared for the worst ... Unhe respiratory paralysis ho gaya hai.
Anjaly, Riddhima and Padma gasp. Nani looks confused.
Nani: Matlab?
Ar (gently): Nani, humein abhi itna pata hai ki voh apne aap saans nahin le paa rahe hain. Cervical spine injury mein aisa hota hai, to aksar uske saath poora body paralysis bhi hota hai. haath, paon – sab. Aur saans nahin le paa rahe hai – issliye machine se hi breathing ho rahi hai. Agar hum machine band kar dein, to …
Nani: Nahin…!!!
Anj: Armaan, kaise injury hai? Paralysis kitna hai … permanent ya … recovery ke kya chances hain?
Ar: Abhi kuch pata nahin, Anjy. Hosh aayega to itna to pata lagega ki paralysis kitna hai … lekin respiratory paralysis ke saath … (Anjaly, Riddhima and Rahul all look grim).
Ra: Armaan – CT ya MRI …hua?
Ar: Abhi unki haalat bahut unstable hain – neeche CT room tak shift nahin kar sakte. Main portable CT organize kar raha hun – at least usse thoda zyaada idea ho jayega. Jab stabilize ho jayenge to neeche jaake MRI karenge.
Anjaly nods. She puts her arm around Padma. Riddhima takes Nani's hand.
Anj: Chalo, mom. Aap thoda rest kar lo.
Ar: Rahul, Anjaly. Tum dono baaki hospital sambhalo. I will handle the ICU. Riddhima, mera laptop yahan le aao please, mere cabin mein hoga. Rahul, tujhe yaad hai, hamare college se Pankaj aur Sanjeevani ke Dr. Rahul Mehra US mein neurology kar rahe the na?
Ra: Yes. Pankaj ab Cedars-Sinai mein hai. I have his email.
Ar: Ok, I have Dr.Rahul's. Main unhe contact karta hun. Sister Lovely?
Si. L: Yes, Sir?
Ar: I want your three best trained ICU nurses here on rotation round the clock. Aap unke duty hours decide kar lein.
Si. L: yes Sir.
Ar: Anjy, tum Rahul ke saath Sanjeevani ko sambhalo. Anjy, you're in charge of the hospital side, all the wards, all the admitted patients. Rahul, tum Out Patients departments aur sab Clinics ko manage karo. Tum dono ko sara administrative kaam bhi …
Anj: Yes, Armaan, don't worry. I'll manage. Main dad ke saath kaam kar chuki hun. Rahul meri help karega. Tum sirf dad par dhyan do. Main baaki sab sambhal lungi.
Ar: Good. Riddhima, tum bhi vapas kaam pe jao, and look after Padma aunty and nani. Go guys. Jab Dr. Shashank ko hosh aayega, main tumhe bula lunga.

They all disperse unwillingly. Riddhima brings Armaan his laptop. When she comes again after a few hours, he's busy on his laptop. She stands there looking wondering if she could say something.
Ar: Sister Lovely, purchase department mein yeh list de dijiye – yeh davaiyan urgently mangani hain, US se. Payment mere personal account se ho jayega. Purchase department mein head se meri baat karvaiye. Aur Dr. Riddhima, Dr. Anjaly aur Padma ma'am ko bula dijiye. Unhe keh do, jaldi aayen. Dr. Shashank ko hosh aa raha hai.
Si.L: Yes sir. Dr. Riddhima yahin hain, main Padma ma'am aur Dr. Anjali ko bulati hun.
Armaan looks up and sees Riddhima looking at him questioningly. He shakes his head.
Scene 4: Arif and Tanvi
Ar: … aap ek baar humari baat toh suniye… Tanvi ji.. please….
Tan: Mujhe aapse koi baat nahi karni… mujhe jaana hai…
Ar: Lekin hum eek baar bolne ka mauka to deejiye ….
Tan: sunne ke liye kuch hai hi nahi Arif ji….
Ar: aap yakeen nahi karti ki hum sirf aap hi se mohabbat karte hai?
Tan: toh fir Tamanna se aisi baat kyun ki?
Arif is lost for words “wo to hum…. Pehle…
Tan: main kaise yakeen karloon ke aap ko kal koi aur acchi nahi lag jayegi...
Ar: humara yakeen kariye Tanvi ji, hum aapke liye jo mehsoos karte hai, wo alag hai….
Tan: mujhe nahi pata Arif ji, lekin usne jo kahan mujhe accha nahi laga, aur sabse badi baat to ye hai, ke wo jhoot bhi nahi tha, aapko to har teesri ladki acchi lagti hai…
Ar: Tauba taiba… Tanvi ji, aaj ke baad aap ke ilaava sab ladkiyan meri behen… errrr(yeh kya bol raha hai Arif, ye toh aurat jat ke liye jyatti hogi… confused)…. Behen nahi… mera matlab hai… behen jaisi… nahi nahi…
Tanvi looks at him angry and walks away from there….
A dejected Arif walks into the general ward only to bump into Nikhil.. and both of them say at almost the same time…..
Ar/Ni: Yeh ladkiyaan bhi na…..
They both look at each other for a second.. and then again say together
Ar/Ni: Ladayi ki?
Both of them start to laugh that minute but the very next become serious and start to talk to each other about their respective problem when they both see a nurse sitting at the nurse counter talking on the phone.
Nu: nahi, ji aaj main ghar nahi aa paungi, emergency duty hai, wo humare sir ka accident ho gaya hai….toh aaj night duty hai…..
Nikhil and Arif turn in surprise towards the nurse.
Ni: Sister, kya hua? Aur aap kiss sir ki baat kar rahi thi….
Nur: Aapko nahi pata sir? Shashank sir ka kal raat ko accident ho gaya tha, kaafi critical hai wo…
Ar: Kya?????? Kaise kua ye sab…. Shit!!!
NI: Chalo… Chalo… hum yahan se chalte hai…. Pata karte hai…
They leave from there
Scene 5: ICU
Riddhima, Anjaly, Padma all come and gather around Dr. Shashank's bed. He opens his eyes slowly. The respirator tube is in his mouth so he can't speak.
Ar: Sir?? Can u hear me?
Dr. Shashank's eyes move, but nothing else.
Ar: Sir, agar aap mujhe sun sakte hain, please blink your eyes.
Dr. Shashank's eyes blink once. Everybody heaves a sigh of relief.
Ar: Aap theek ho? Any pain? Sir, blink once for yes, blink twice for no.
One blink.
Pad: aapko dard ho raha hai?
One blink.
Pad: kahan? Haathon mein?
One blink
Anj: pao mein?
One blink.
Ar: sab jagah?
One blink.
Ar: sir, aapko accident yaad hai?
Two blinks.
Pad: aapki gaadi ka bahut bada accident ho gaya, jisme aapko yeh chot lagi. Shukar hai aapki jaan bach gayi.
Ar: Sir, accident mein cervical spine buri tarah se crush ho gayi hai. Abhi thodi der mein aapka portable CT karva rahe hain, taaki poori tarah damage ka pata lage. Tab tak main aapko examine karna chahta hun.
One blink.
Scene 6: Outside the OT
It’s been a real tough day at work and Shashank’s case is just not moving. He has tried every possible thing. He has put in all that he had learnt as a student as well as a doctor in the last three years together. He had read every possible book he would have not bothered to have even touched in college and he tries to look up various articles on the net as well. But he had to come out of it. He has to. I will make him come out of this. For Riddhima’s sake! She loves her dad the most in this world!
He walks out of the ICU making the duty nurse sit there saying he will be back in a few minutes after seeing that Shashank is fast asleep.
A: inhe agar kuch chahiye hoga toh mujhe aap immediately page kar dena sister.
Sis: Yes sir…
He walks to the wash room and washes up his face. He hadn’t almost slept for the past three days since the accident had taken place. His muscles feel stiff and his head hurts. He is also hungry but he doesn’t feel like eating. He walks slowly into the fire escape climbing down one step after another and settles down somewhere in the middle. He closes his eyes for a few minutes thinking of Riddhima.
He is so tired he doesn’t realize she has walked into the fire escape behind him. She sees him and realizes he is really tired. She slowly settled down behind him and starts to slowly massage his neck and back to comfort him. As an instant reaction he bends back and lies against her lap and closes his eyes feeling really good and relaxed;The way he always did when he was with her. She gently runs her fingers through the hair pushing the hair away from his forehead coming forward and kissing it taking both of them into a trance….. She looks at his tired face and says
R: aaram karlo Armaan, papa ke paas thodi der main baithti hoon…
He immediately opens his eyes staring at her in shock. Then he straightens his face and as though in a hurry
A: nahi Riddhima…mujhe jaana hai…. Tumhaare papa akele hai…. Bahut raat ho gayi hai tum jaao….
He walks out in a hurry leaving a Riddhima is tears….
R: Kyun Armaan…. Mujhe apne aap se aise door kyun kar rahe ho…. ( as she collapses on the stairs of the hospital)
…… humse hasi humse khushi…..
Hai humhi se zindagi….. tare hum…
Zameene par le aaye …hum laaye hai roshni
Dil jahan dost wahan aisa manzar aur kahan
Hum toh chale the dost banke

Scene 7:
After Armaan's examination and the CT –
Armaan talks to Dr. Shashank, while Padma, Anjali and Riddhima listen in shock.
Pad: Armaan, yeh tum kya keh rahe ho? Complete paralysis? Haath, paon, kuch nahin hila sakte?
Armaan looks very worried and shakes his head.
Pad: Lekin… yeh theek to ho jayenge na? Recovery ho sakti hai? Dheere dheere … paralysis theek ho sakta hai, Armaan … Saans to le payenge?
Armaan swallows and looks away from her.
Ar: I'm sorry, Padma aunty. Jis tarah ki inki injuries hain … uske chances bahut hi kum hain. Balki lagta hai … nahin ke barabar …
Pad (cries out): Yeh tum kya keh rahe ho? Armaan! Yeh kabhi theek nahin honge? Aise zindagi bhar ventilator par rehna padega? Armaan … No!!!
Anj: Nahin, Armaan, this cannot be. Dad permanently paralysed … no!
Ri: Armaan, tumne aur neurologists se consult kiya?

Padma sits down in shock. Riddhima and Anjali stare at each other.
Two urgent blinks from Dr. Shashank.
Ar: Sir, aap kuch kehna chahte hain?
One blink.
All four start asking questions – aap comfortable ho? Dard hai? Finally Armaan takes control.
Ar: Sir, main alphabet bolta hun. Jaise aapko theek letter bolun, aap blink karna.
One blink.
Slowly, painfully, Armaan and Shashank spell out what he wants to say and Armaan keeps writing down the letters. When he finishes, he looks at the paper, and then at Shashank in shock.
Ar: No, Sir!!!! Aap aisa nahin soch sakte!
Pad: yeh kya bol rahe hain! Armaan, jaldi batao.
Armaan shows them what he has written.

Ventilator band kar do. Main aise nahin jeena chahata. Jo hoga, dekha jayega. Meri family mujhe is takleef mein dekhe, I can't stand their pain.

Pad, Anj and Rid: No!!!
Shashank and Armaan spell again.

Padma, tum jaanti ho, I hate being dependent on anyone. Aise jeene se to maut achchi hai. please ventilator band kar do.

Padma looks at Anjaly and Riddhima.
Pad (helplessly): hum kya karein? Ek taraf unki zindagi – ek taraf unki yeh zid.
Anj: main dad ko jaanti hun. Voh kabhi bojh bankar nahin rehna chahenge.
One blink.
Ri (in tears): mujhse unki yeh takleef nahin dekhi jaati. Papa, aapko bahut dard ho raha hai?

Pad: Armaan … kya koi hope nahin hai?
Ar (gently): aunty, jab tak life hai, tab tak hope hai. Lekin iss case mein ...
Pad (Grimly): theek hai. Voh zinda to hain, na? Aur main hun, unki dekhbhal karne ke liye. Hum abhi aisa kuch nahin karenge.
Anj: Mom! Aap yeh kya keh rahi hain! Dad ko aap aise vegetable bane kaise dekh sakti hain?! No, I can't stand seeing him like this!
Pad: Anjali … beta … main jaanti hun yeh tumhare liye bahut mushkil hai.
Anj (in tears): Voh mere dad hain! Saari umur maine unhe in charge, full power aur authority mein dekha hai. Aur ab … inhe aise … fighting for his breath … in so much pain … begging for death … I can't see this. Armaan (determinedly), mera khayal hai ki humein dad ki baat maan leni chaiye. Shayad … ventilator band kar dena chahiye.
Ar: Kya??!! Anjy, tum kya keh rahi ho? You know what that means? Unki respiration completely paralysed hai, Anjy. Ventilator band karna … means … he can't survive without it.
Anj: I know what I'm saying, Armaan. Lekin tum meri baat samajhne ki koshish karo. Main unhe jaanti hun. Unki beti hun – saari umur unke saath rahi hun, voh kya sochte hain, kaise feel karte hain – main bahut achchi tarah se jaanti hun. Voh aise insaan hain … jo poori tarah apni life apne control mein rakhna pasand karte hain. Voh kabhi yeh bardasht nahin kar sakenge ki voh itne dependent aur helpless hon - aur hum sab ko unki vajah se takleef ho.
Ar: Anjy, tum itni jaldi kyun give up kar rahi ho? Unhe kuch time to do – hum koshish to kar sakte hain –
Anj: Armaan, tumne khud dekha – voh yahi chahte hain. Aur tum unki haalat dekh rahe ho – tumne scans dekhe hain, sabhi neurologists bhi yahi keh rahe hain. Unke theek hona namumkin hai. Please at least let him die with dignity, instead of being chained to this machine. Main inhe aise nahin dekh sakti.
She is in tears. Armaan holds her shoulders gently.
Ar: Tum Dr. Shashank ki beti hokar give up kar rahi ho? Unhe to abhi abhi hosh aaya hai – unka discouraged hona natural hai. Lekin tum bhi, Anjy?
Anj: Armaan … please … (crying)
Ar: No, Anjy. Main itni jaldi yeh nahin karunga, itni jaldi hum nahin give up karenge. Tum sab (looking at Padma, Riddhima and Anjali) bahut upset ho, abhi is bare mein koi baat nahin karenge. Tum sab abhi yahan se jao, thoda aaram karo. Main yahin rahunga, jab tak yeh theek nahin hote. Aur yeh theek ho kar rahenge. Please, you all – leave.
Ri: Armaan …
Ar: Please – go!!!

They all go. Armaan stays in the ICU. He doesn't come out and doesn't allow them in except for very short visits. The rest of the time, he stays there, looking after Dr. Shashank, checking and supervising his treatment, organizing his medicines, talking and emailing other colleagues … and talking … always talking to an inert Dr. Shashank. He has a book next to him, that he reads out to him looking at a visibly shining Shashank through his tears.
Armaan gets up to go to the bathroom on seeing Shashank sleeping. No sooner does he turn, he hears a loud thud. He turns around to see the book on the floor with Shashank slightly moving his shivering hands, struggling to move more. Armaan’s face breaks into a smile, that’s filled with tears as he rushes to Shashank overjoyed. Shashank smiles at him and his hand becomes still once more.

Hey guys! first of all sorry 2 keep u w8in!! I just now opened de blog and was shocked 2 see my interview OMG!! well its not my first interview but it is surely my first interview on a blog!!

Cathy:hmmm......my 1st crush obviously my Armaan! my bf nay!! till now no 1 is tht close 2 my heart but ya i haf boys who are my friends skul friends but nt boy friends! my 1st kiss till now no! my secret crush yes!!! m in madly love wid ARMAAN nt Karan and Shaun Marsh (he'x a Australian batsman in case u guys dunno) but mostly i love ARMAAN!! he is such a darling!!

2)ur embarasng-proud-happy-sad moment in lyf??
Cathy:yeah i hav had sumthin very embarrasing whn my friends and I had planned to go for vacations in Malaysia last year in july so it happened tht we were getting late for airport and i was sleeping!! so my friends came home and we packed my bags and we quickly left for the airport and whn we reached the passport immigration office i realized tht i haf brought my tickets but i haf forgotten my passport in a hurry!! we were abt to leave the airport whn fortunetely my bro came and gav me my passport and said to me "wake up sleepy head nxt time dun pack ur things in a hurry" and tell u wat i did the same now whn we plan to go sumwhr i usually put my passport and tickets first in my bagpack and thn pack my rest of the things!!
My proud and happy moment was whn i got A++ in my first board exams tht was in 9th! My sad moment was tht whn i was grounded for a week and i was unable to watch DMG for a week and i missed so many wonderful episodes!(i was grounded for slapping my class mate and her mom came and complained to my dad!!)

Cathy: hmm......frankly speaking the idea just popped into my mind whn i was watching DMG! i decided to continue it cos whn ANUSHIKA ended it, It was sooo incomplete and it looked soo weird and i thought it needed a satisfying ending sooo i thought if no one else why not me!!? yeah helper is only one its u sweet heart riza u supported me and i owe u soo much thnx a ton for tht!!

4)ppl in d blog say ki there iz gona b new competition between RSTRL n EDK??
Cathy:er....yeah dey do say so! but as for my concern i dun think its kinda competition! niha is a gr8 writer and she's doin a splended job! as for me i m just completing an incomplete story! and its also fun doin so! and wid all of urz help its nt gonna be hard for me!! love u guys!!

They get up...and A see Atul on the door...he comes in front of R...and gets close to her...

Atul comes close...try to shoot them...then comes beside the locker and again try to shoot them...A can see all this...he is just pretending...

A: Dr riddhima ko bhejo emergency room mian...emergency hai..main Dr armaan bol raha hoon.
then to himself: Emergency room mian...emergency hai! he he he :)..
R comes running and say...Armaan kya hua...pretending she is worried...
A: dekho na riddhima accident ho gaya...lag gayi...
R: lekin armaan tum wo yahi the na? accident kaise ho gaya?
A: wo main thodi der ke liye bahar gaya tha na? and then removes his lab coat saying...ye bhi abhi phena hai..
R: Accha...Dr k aa rahi hai dekhne..
A: kya?
Dr K comes and ask what happened? A says dont worry mam...thodi si chot hai...Dr R hai na wo dhyan rakh lekin...Dr K says take care and call me if u need...after she go..
A: riddhima....
R: she picks a injection and says....aab injection to lanaga hoga..
A: nahin riddhima mujhe lagi nahin...main mazak kar raha tha..
R: accha...lekin injection to legega...
A: lekin riddhima...main mazak kar raha tha...jaise maine phele din kiya tha na waise...
They fight....A says...tum bhi meri tarah ban jaaogi to kaise chalega?...R stare at her...they fight...and land up v close...and then the music :)...and AR lost in each others eyes...
A: Sry riddhima....
R smiles...
A: faltoo footage kyon kha rahi thi :p..
R smiles again :)....he hugs her...

Atul: ok koi nahin R aab main kar doonga...
R leaves from there...RAholl gives a smile...she then looks back....and A too looks at her :)....
A, RAholl and Atul go to study....there is a bed there....they were talking generally....Raholl says it will be fun...to be there...then A see Dr Sash snap...he gets up....and says....I cant sleep here...main inke snap dekh kar nahin so sakta ;-)...Raholll says u have to...he says nahin yaar mereko aise lagege abhi nikal kar daat denge...main cofy leke aata hoon...he go to the kitchen...

in R's room...Anjy says...she has not taken dinner...so R and Muski comes to take dinner for her.....

Atul..RAholl were in study...Raholl realized he didnt lock his car...he says he shall go...Atul says he will do it for him...and take keys and go....he go to Anjy room...then the promo scene...

R go to kitchen....muski go to car to take her bag...then R see A in kitchen....he says he wanted cofy but is unable to find it...R takes it out and give it to him...
A: Lekin phele to waha hoti thi na..
R: Phele aur abhi main bahut din nikal gaye hien Armaan...itne dino main to logo ke baat karne ka tareeka change ho gaya hia...cofy ki place to change ho hi sakti hai..
A feels guilty at that...then she makes cofy....and her hair are coming in front..A strokes it back...then by mistake she touch the hot vessel...he immediately takes her hand...and soothes it....she then take it away...
then they are shown on the window...she gives him cofy...and then there is lightening....and then R hugs A...they come real close...awesome scene ;-)...and they get apart...light chali jaati hai....A asks where is the candle...

In the meanwhile RM scene happen....Muski says...raholl bevakuf....teri car khuli hia....koi le gaya to..he says chup reh....Atul gaya hai band karne....she says...chla aur dekh main kya jhoot bol rahi hoon....they go...and then Raholl realize its not locked...muski gets over him...dekha maine kaha tha and all that...then RAaolll says there is a spare key in the car.....he will lock with that...muski also gets in saying she wanna take blanket...then the car gets locked....Raholl says probably the internal lock got jammed and they will haev to wait for Atul....and then muski starts shouting anf hitting rahol....he holds her back...and in the process gets over her...then a wonderful moment of both staring at each other....they get back..and raholl nervously says...Atul kab aayega...muski just gets back on her seat and takes a deep breath!...amazing expression ;-)...

in the meanwhile Atul hits nani in darkness thinking its anjy and says sorry and all...then realize its nani.....she says whats this? and atul says he wanted to say sry to Armaan but by mistake thought it him...

Then A gets back to study and thinks abt what R said...and then talks to himself....jab aakh band karta hoon wahi dikhti hai...jab aakhein khuli hoti hai use hi dhoondta hoon....main uske bina nahin jee sakta...usse door nahin reh sakta :).....then Atul comes and talks to himself...."mujhe anjy se sry bolna hi chiaye yahi sahi time hai"..A thinks the same and go to R's room...

Atul thinks he should go to anjy room thr window...he climbs the pipe...A in the meanwhile knocks at the door...R is awake she opens it....and says..Armaan mujhe nahin ladna plzz...A says main ladne nahin aaya...

they then gets inside!
R: kya bolna hai Armaan bolo?
A: riddhima I am sry main galat tha...mujhe tumse gussa nahin hona chaiye tha..
R: kya faayeda Armaan tum baar baar aise ladte ho aur sry bolte ho? kab tak ye chalega...main thak gayi hoon is ladai se....tum gussa kispe hote ho utarte humesha mujpe hi ho..
A: riddhima i luv u...
R: lekin armaan ye pyaar hai? agar yahi pyaar hai to shayad main tumse pyaar nahin karti..
A: he holds her...and says nahin karti? tum mujhe pyaar nahin karti...?
she nods...he bring her closer and say...meri aakhon main dekh kar kaho? she still says no..
he then brings her real close..and then she gets lose in his eyes....and puts her hand on his cheeks...he holds her close and is abt to kiss her...in the meanwhile Atul comes in the window and say...arey? ruko?

Atul bolta hai ki...meri basanti hai....and he faints...Dr. Shashank leaves without saying anything.Phir Atul ko bed pe sulaya..jab hosh aya to Dr. Shashank usse milne aye...and funny thing was Atul ko yaad nahi tha ki kya hua..and armaan explains everything.It was very funny. Phir Shashank ne usko danta aur kirti ko punishment dene ke liye kaha. He has goto do rector
examination for a week.
Phir RM scene tha locker room...as it was raining muski ka scooter bigad gaya...and anjy's car too...Rahul gives lift to Anjy, muskaan and Atul..but riddhima was still on duty...
jab riddhima ki duty khatam hui tab sister lovely ne usko bola ki Armaan was gona drop you..but she said ki usko kiski help ki zaroorat nahi hai.and she leaves.She can't get any taxi or rickshaw so she walking in the rain...than two boys
comes in a car and starts asking riddhima to cum with them. phir woh log zabardasti karte hai and her dupatta falls.
Tabhi Armaan aata hai uski supercool bike le kar and thn woh ladko ki pitai karta hai. per usko knife lag jata hai....
phir riddhz ke ghar bataya and everyone's there accept Atul... and nani says ki its raining so everyone shud stay here only....phir riddhima first aid lekar aati hai and there is this amazing romantic AR scene. and one dialogue was ki...

Shows tht Nik n Armaan know ech othr really well,, regarding Tammy n her ways….n now tht this Preeti angle has come,, tensions r bound to rise in d story…..

Ridhima,, meanwhile thinks d whole ngt..nd decides to do something in d morning…..

Nikhil n Tammy have a fgt,, nd break up..AGAIN…
This tym Nikhil is thinking along d same lines,, as to wht did he c in Tammy….n slowly n slowly d image of Tammy is replaced wid Asma’s sweet image…..

Rahul n Muskaan make up somehow…wid Muskaan threating him regarding Tammy….

Ridz comes n makes up wid Armaan d nxt day,, saying she dsnt want to know abt Priti if he dsnt want to tell her…whn Armaan strts crying….she feels horrid 4m inside…..
Armaan takes a promise 4m her,, tht she’l try n stay away 4m Tammy as much as possible…citing d reason,, of all d problems btwn thm….wch she gladly promises him to do,, so as not to b away 4m him nehow……

Rahul n Armaan have a talk,, n Rahul saz d onli way to get over d whole Tammy problem is tht Armaan shud b as normal as he wud b wid ne1…..Armaan refuses,, saying thts impossible,, especially aftr what Rahul n Tammy had done wid him in college…..
Bt aftr seeing,, tht he doesn’t have any choice bt to do as Rahul saz,, he agrees, albeit,, unwillingly……

Nikhil n Asma come close,, , whn Asma gave him a call in d middle of d ngt for a patient’s help…..Nik comes,, bt goes back ltr….. n r now a bit awkward wid each othr,
Thn Asma faals d RIDZY style in d locker room nxt day,, bt NIK saves her…
Tammy sees all this nd burns green wid envy….
Calls Asma a witch,, n tells her to stay away 4m him as he’s hers….both again have a fgt,, n Nik asks Tammy to stay away 4m him…
This all heard by Arif n Asma…whn Tanvi cums both hesitant n smile shyly at each othr…..

All our senior docs r sitting in a canteen n njoying their light hearted moments wid each othr….

Tammy assists Armaan n Anjali in d surgery,, n commits a biggg blunder..bt Armaan covers it up….n in his report reagarding Tammy’s OT..he dsnt evn mention d incident..Angie confronts him on this,, saz tht she’s new,, n tht Anjie needs to realx….asks her not to tell this to Ridz also..wch anjie assents to do…


Nxt day,, whn Armaan pushes Tammy in a corner to make her understand things,, tells her not to create problems in his life…to stay away 4m him..n tht Ridhima is his life now… tht he doesn’t care for her…bt says tht ready to give her one last chance,, wid no mistakes nothing……Tammy agrees,,, n hugs him…he pats her back awkwardly,, n tells her not to say anything abt this meeting to ANY1…she readily agrees,, whn he leaves,, he dsnt notice it,, bt Ridz nd Anjie had seen d whole patting n hugging part…..wch lft Ridz shell shocked…..

Seeing er sis in such tension,, Anjie,, tells Ridz d truth abt Armaan hiding a fact of Tammy’s jusgement in d OT also…Ridz reports to her duties while thinking abt all d things n her promise to Armaan to stay away 4m Tammy……

Asma,, tries to cheer up Nikhil’s mood,, n sits wid him in d fire escape…he hugs her aftr her pep up talks…n Tammy barges in on thm,, n screams tht thy r over for god…((yayayayyyyyyyyyy…was soo happy reading this…    ))

Aftr witnessing Nikhil n Asma,, Tammy loses her cool n goes to Rahul,, n pulls him up n saz to him to have an extra marital affair wid her..wch Rahul refuses,, n Muskaan ses all this…..Tammy leaves wid a victorius grin,, n Muskkan enters,, mad as hell tells him tht this was expected out of him….n leaves 4m thr……

Rahul runs behind her to try n make her understand,, bt in vain….
Ridz goes n meets Armaan,, bt bfr tht decides tht she must trust him implicitly…..
In btwn their sweet moments,, Tammy enters in btwn thm,, n just hugs Armaan n strts crying…Armaan seeing her crying ignores Ridz,, n strts to make Tammy happy…completely ignoring her…whn he notices Tammy unsteady n her feet,, he rushes past her to get something for Tammy to eat n sprains Ridzy’s wrist…..
In btwn all this Tammana faints n has to b admitted….
Armaan takes care of her n doesn’t leave her side for a single minute……n has totally ignored Ridz,, widout evn xplaining as to what all is going on n most importantly WHY..?????
Whn Ridz goes to chk up on Tammy she notices Armaan holding Tammy’s hands n sitting thr n crying..she goes to hold him ..n thn asks as to who is Tammana Vijay…Armaan gets irritated wid her question…
Ridz barges in on saying tht she’s his ex-gf whom he still loves…whn Armaan asks her to stop,, she doesn’t,, bt just goes away 4m thr saying tht he shud b happy wid her n tht she’s leaving…Armaan just watches her go n saz,, tht aftr all thses years,, she still doesn’t trust him…

Anjie notices Muskaan n Ridz wid their gloomy faces,, so thy decide to have an all grls ngt at her place….thy r jst abt strting to tell Anjie why r thy mad wid their respective wud b’s n hubby,, whn Rahul cums to pick Muskaan up….
She refuses to go….n Ridz says,, tht one guys covers up his friends mistake as being his really good friend…..
Rahul makes rmbr Ridz d tym,, whn Anjie was sick,, n whn Ridz took care of Ridz….he asks her y did she do tht,, whn she had a date wid Armaan tht ngt,, Ridz saz stupid question as Anjie was her sis,, n tht she wud look aftr her onli…

Rahul tells her thn,, tht what Armaan is doing is perfectly nd perfectly RIGHT wid Tammy……

Atul still in bang's effect has climbed over a table in canteen and is doing a "gao walon.." from sholay.AR,RM are trying to control him and bring him down.Anjaly,Dr Subhankar and Dr Keerti are more than shocked to find him in this state.To add to their dismay,Dr Sushank makes an appearance and is watching Atul in a furry.

Atul: sanjeevani..walo..aaj main sabko us ladki ka naam batake rahunga.jisne mera dil thoda hai...us ladki ka naam hai..(faints..and toples over the table.Armaan and Rahul rushes for him)
Dr Sushank: (angrily) Yeh ho kya raha sanjeevani main..koi batayega mujhe.Dr Keerti(looking at her questioningly)
Dr Keerti: Sir..hum log yahan audit ke completion pe ikathe hue the..but tabhie Dr Atul is halat main yahan aaye aur..
Dr Sushank:(looking at Dr Subhankar) would you like to add something to it..
Dr Subhankar: Sir..Actually main abhi abhi ayan hoon and jaise ki Dr Keerti ne bataya..
Dr Sushank:(looking at interns) Jaise hi aapke Dr Atul ..hosh main aayein..Please bring him to my cabin.
(All Interns nodded..Dr Sushank makes an exit and looks in anger)
Dr Keerti: Interns..This is serious..this is very serious.Maine Dr Sushank ko aaj tak itne gusse main kabhie nahi dekha..Ok..I have to leave now and please join your duties..(makes an exit)
Dr Subhankar: sorry guys..main is bar aapki koi help nahi kar sakta(and follows Dr Keerti)

Rahul: shhh yar..ab kya hoga..
Muskaan: gaya..Is bar Atul gaya...hum log kuch nahi kar sakte..
Ridhima: please guys..kuch socho..I mean humhe Atul ko bachana hoga..
Anjaly: Guys..please keep me out of this..Please
Muskaan: wah..anjaly ..wah..claps for you..yeh sab tumhari vajah se hi hua hai..aur tum..
Anjaly: Meri vajah se..my foot..maine kaha tha use nashe main yaha aane ko..maine kaha tha..table pe chadke vo drama karne ko..
Muskaan: Par yeh sab hua to tumhari vajah se hi na..
Anjaly: what crap is this..Muskaan tum..
Ridhima: Please dee..please muskaan..aap log..
Armaan:(cutting in between..very loud) GUYS..STOP IT...
Everyone stops talking and is looking at him..
Armaan: mere paas ek idea hai..
Everyone except Anjaly: kya..!!
Armaan: I guess humhe Dr Sushank ko sab sach batana hoga..Thats the only way out..
Anjaly: waos..armaan..what a crap idea..please go ahead with it and do tell me when is Atul's last day in sanjeevani..(and leaves canteen)
Muskaan: iski to main..
Rahul: jaane de muskaan..leave it..
Ridhima: armaan tum shayad sahi keh rahe ho..humhare paas aur koi option nahi hai..

Just then Atul makes a wake-up sound.He opens his eyes and shocked to find himself in canteen in such a position with everyone surrounding him.

Atul: main..yahan kaise..aur tum log yahan kya kar rahe ho.
Muskaan: wah mere hero..kya baat hai..ek jhapad lagao..tujhe sab yad aa jayega..
Rahul: muskaan..ruk..
Armaan: champ ..do you remember anything today..
Atul: haan..vo pasha ne mujhe doodh diya aur phir main so gaya..par main yahan kaise..
Armaan: Oh..God..(He recites the whole incident to Atul..Atul starts crying..)
Atul: bacha lo bhai logo...main to gaya...meri naukri..meri anjaly..mera pyar aur parivaar..bacha lo..
Rahul: abey chup..sale sab karke abhi tujhe rona aa raha hai..
Armaan: champ..ek hi tarika hai..Dr Sushank ke paas chal aur sab kuch sach sach bata de..
Rahul: yar isse acha hai ki main suicide kar loon..
Ridhima: Atul please samjho..hum log bhi honge na tumhare sath ..
Atul: theek hai..tum log kehte ho to chalo..

Everyone appears before Dr Sushank's cabin.Atul knocks.

Dr Sushank: Oh..Dr Atul..Main aapki hi rah dekh raha tha.Please come in.
(After Atul,Armaan,Ridhima,Rahul,Muskaan everyone enters)
Dr Sushank:Mujhe sirf Dr Atul se baat karni hai to please..aap log abhi bahar..
Armaan: Sir..Hum log aapse kuch kehna chahte hain.
Dr Sushank: Dr Armaan..acha hoga aap mere gusse ko aur na badayein aur abhi isi waqt..
Armaan:(understood his meaning and asks everyone except Atul to go outside.Atul makes a fearful face..)
Dr Sushank: To kahiye Dr Atul..
Atul: Sir main sirf sach kahoonga..aur sach ke sivayee kuch nahi kahoonga..
Dr Sushank: Yes please..go ahead
Atul: ( narrates pasha's involvement in the incident and his total ignorance in it.Dr Sushank hears him peacefully)
Dr Sushank: Aap mujhe sirf ek baat batayen Dr Atul..Yeh pasha ..sif aapko hi kyun tang karta hai..I mean..
Atul: Sir..mujhe bhi nahi maloom..uspe meharbani ki mujhe kaun si saza de raha hai vo..
Dr Sushank:(becomes serious) par mujhe maloom hai..
Atul: really Sir.!!
Dr Sushank:yehi ki Dr Atul..agar aap samjhte hain ki aap mujhe in jhooti kahaniyo se behla lenge..then you are wrong..And I am very sorry to say that you are SUS...

Suddenly Dr Keerti makes an entry and..

Dr Keerti: Sir..There is an emergency..A BOMB BLAST has occurred in navi mumbai area.There has been no deaths reported till now but there are lot of serious injuries.Sanjeevani being the nearest hospital,all pateints are brought here.
Dr Sushank: Dr Keerti..aap please sanjeevani ke sabhi doctors ko alert kijiye and I want everyone ..everyone to handle this with full responsibility.Dr Atul..we will meet again tomorrow.I guess something more important has to taken care first.

The seriousness of blast was lot more than percepted.Around 35 cases were brought in and more 28 cases were reported.The scenes were very scary and one can never say the reasons why these inhuman acts of violence happen.All doctors and interns were completely involved in handling the cases.

Armaan is more than involved in handling everything.He has forgotten everything.Dr Sushank..Ridhima..everything..Sometimes humanity just takes over.He is rushing around wards to find if everything is ok and if he is needed there.He founds Rahul,Muskaan near Reception.

Armaan: Rahul tu yahan kya kar raha hai yar..Vahan general ward main 2 naye patient aaye hain..
Rahul: Oh..K..I will just go there..Thanks..
Muskaan: Armaan..yar mujhe khoon ne bahut dar lagta hai..I cant..
Armaan:(Angry) To tu doctor kyun bani muskaan..(cools down)This is a profession next to God.We should respect it.Please get out of this phobia..muskaan please..
Muskaan: I will try Armaan..Thanks..

(Guys with weak heart..please dont read the next 2 lines)
Armaan goes back to general ward to check.He finds a new entry.A sharp peice of iron has gone inside the person's shoulder and he was crying a lot.Ridhima's is trying to take out the iron but its taking time.

Armaan: Ridhima..have you given him sectal anesthesia on his shoulder.
Ridhima: armaan..vo..
Armaan: ridhima..tumhara dhyan kahan hai..(looked to find a nurse there..)Nurse..please get me one sectal injection now.
Nurse: Ok Sir.(She goes and bring one..Armaan gives the sectal to person's arm.He stops crying)
Armaan: dude..abhi dard ho raha hai kya..
Patient: nahi..
Armaan: just look other side for a moment.Mujhe ek chota sa magic karna hai..
Pateint: ok doctor..
(Armaan with a small pull..takes out the iron peice.He clears the wound and put antiseptic.)
Armaan: magic..over..kuch hua..!!
Pateint: nahi doctor.aapne kya kiya..
Armaan: kuch nahi..aap shaam tak rest karo..OK..
Ridhima: thanks armaan..
Armaan: its ok ridhima..need to go now..
Ridhima: mujhe tumse baat karni hai..
Armaan: abhi kuch aur important hai ridhima..
Ridhima: theek hai armaan..

By evening everything settles down and most of the cases have been handled properly.Dr Sushank has been very happy by the way his doctors have handled it.He calls both Senior Doctors to his cabin.

Dr Keerti: Sir may I come in.
Dr Sushank: Oh Yes.I am really proud of both of you.Jis terah se aapne aaj sab kuch handle kiya hai..Vo kabil doctors hi kar sakte hain..
Dr Keerti: Sir..actually..
Dr Sushank: Haan boliye Dr Keerti..
Dr Keerti: Yeh sab Dr Armaan ki vajah se mumkin hua hai..He handled almost everything with a very mature and professional approach.
Dr Sushank: Are you sure..Dr Keerti
Dr Subhankar: Dr Keerti sahi keh rahi hain Sir.I mean I have seen the way Armaan handled the critical ones.He was just there all the time till the patient was right.
Dr Sushank: Anyways..thanks doctors..I hope you keep the same spirit.Good Job
Dr Keerti/Subhankar: Thanks Sir.
Dr Sushank: Dr Subhankar !
Dr Subhankar: Yes Sir.
Dr Sushank: Kya aap Dr Armaan ko mere cubicle mere bhejenge.

Dr Sushank:(thinking)..Shayad maine is ladke ko janne main jaldbaazi ki hai.He is naughty...for sure...par shayad bura ladka nahi hai..

Just then there is a knock.Its Armaan.
